How do I download the plugin?


We have submitted the plugin to the WordPress.org plugin repository, the plugin can be installed from within your WordPress installation by searching for ‘Brinkin Banner Exchange’. Alternatively, You can download the plugin from the WordPress.org plugin details page here.

How do I control where the banners are placed on my site?


Once you have installed the plugin into WordPress, you can control where the banners are displayed on the settings page. Banners can be enabled / disabled based on the type of page (post / category / tag / page / etc). By default, one banner is displayed at the end of each post, to a maximum of three per page. If you would like greater control over where the banners are placed within you post, you can type [Brinkin-Banner] into any post and it will be automatically replaced with a banner.

How come I am seeing banners that are not relevant to my blog?


Our smart banner technology learns and experiments with different banner ad’s to determine which ad’s will work best with your audience. This can take several thousand banner views before we have enough demographic information to start displaying relevant ads. Also note that the ad’s your see when you visit your site are not the same as your visitors, ad’s are tailored by country, time-of-day, behavioral targeting and even the weather.
